As we expand into the Tri-State area, we’re seeking dynamic Outside Sales Representatives to help us drive business development and shape our future in this rapidly growing market.
Job Overview:
Are you a sales-driven individual who thrives in fast-paced environments? As an Outside Sales Representative at Payeload, you will play a key role in our growth by establishing new accounts and nurturing relationships in an emerging market. This is a true “hunter” role for someone who is ready to roll up their sleeves, close deals, and make an impact from day one.
We’re looking for someone who can pioneer our efforts in the Tri-State area and ensure the success of our market launch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Account Management: Forge strong relationships with new clients and establish a robust network through in-person interactions.
- Rapid Account Acquisition: Focus on identifying and securing new clients, closing deals efficiently, and driving business development in a growing market.
- Leadership and Organization: Lead the charge in building a solid foundation for success in a new territory, staying organized and following up consistently.
- Self-Driven Performance: Operate independently, showing initiative and motivation, with minimal supervision. Drive your success and contribute to Payeload’s growth.
- Travel and Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to travel within an 85-mile radius as service areas evolve.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: At least 3 years in Sales or Customer Service.
- Skills: Excellent multitasking, communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Position Details:
- Type: Full-time 1099 contract
- Compensation: $105,000 - $115,000 per year
- Travel: In & around the Tri-State metro area
- Work Location: In-person
